Provider Training
Our services include free custom videos built with your clinicians and branded for your medical practice. We coordinate with you to build 3-to-4-minute video tutorials that address product features & benefits, indications for use, presenting to the patient, application technique, charting & coding and FAQ. We will also perform training on site at your location to improve your staff’s knowledge, expertise, and confidence so DME is dispensed when there is a medical necessity. We do this at no charge to enhance your success.
Patient Education Documents
Our services include providing documentation that can be placed on your website, your social media, or that can be shared with the patient at discharge via a text. These documents address features & benefits, indications for use, application technique, wearing instructions, and provide access to the TLC Customer Care Team in case there are any questions after leaving the practice.
Compassionate Care
Our services provide the option of giving patients who cannot afford DME any DME product at no charge at the discretion of your clinical team. There is no need to request permission, nor provide any information as to why, or to whom the DME product was provided.
Simply tell us which product category was dispensed at no charge and we will credit your account for the cost of that item to give you the opportunity to provide compassionate care to your patients.
