Key Features:
-
The pump bulb effectively adds air to increase customization and compression while a simple valve action releases air as needed to adjust compression for varying stages of swelling.
-
Proprietary pneumatic bladders placed on the medial and lateral sides effectively cover the malleoli and surrounding area without creating a tourniquet effect providing custom compression for varying degrees of swelling from the acute phase to the post rehab phase.
-
Our boot features a 360º advanced sole that allows for rocking forward and backward as well as side to side to provide a natural and stable gate.
-
Non-slip, non-skid sole protects patients while also helping to absorb shock and disperse pressures while ambulating.
-
The boot struts are constructed to be flexible allowing for comfort, support, and easily accommodating different calve sizes while the medical grade hook and loop are fitted through the pre sloted double uprights that are both flared at the top to protect from calf irritation.
-
The boot liner is crafted from soft foam and lines with a lycra interior adding to comfort and helps keep the patient cool while strategically placed padding increases protection and helps avoid pressure points.
-
Comfort pads, provided with each boot, allow for each patient to customize their fit within the liner and ensure the elimination of individual points of irritation and/or provide an extra level of comfort.
-
The lower d-rings on the foot of the boot swivel freely for increased customization of fit, while the lower d-rings are crafted into the polymer to ensure compression and immobilization of the ankle and foot.
-
The boot sock, while optional, provides an additional level of continued comfort for patients. Approved by PDAC and HCPCS code L2841, providing added reimbursement.
